When I went in the back to use the restroom some were throwing towels at each other and laughing. The massage therapist that were in the back that were not with clients were loud laughing and talking. Unfortunately, the enviroment was not great. It was a little more pressure than I would have liked, but he managed to break away lots of knots in my muscles, so I played through the pain. The massage therapists were coming out and calling clients in by saying "Two swedish massage?.60 minute foot reflex?" (It was difficult to understand them.) Wouldn't it have been easier to call a client by their name on the schedule? I mean we were all there for massage. I paid for my service, in addition to the "extra" $5 for my mom's service and we went sent to the waiting area. This place obviously has no class for the customer. I couldn't imagine insulting one of my own clients who came in with a pre-paid gift certificate like that.

I have been coming here for 5+ years, have referred several of my friends and family, and have always been a generous tipper to the therapists that I have had. Sadly enough, I had to take away a few stars for this place. Your body and mussels with thank you! All the massage therapist looked profession and I am sure are very talented too. That's how massage should feel! I realize that doesn't always happen at other places but I am so grateful I was just genuinely blown away about how good this massage was and how great I feel right now! If you're looking for a great massage therapist you better ask for Lulu! No joke, I booked with her for tomorrow for 90 minutes!!! I mean literally, I'm not kidding you the best massage I've ever had! The prices are so fair. I walked in with pain and I walked out rejuvenated and stress-free. I told her about my back surgery and that I was leery of anybody working near my sacrum/ lower back and she was very respectful of that. She had just the right amount of pressure. I have never experienced a hot stone massage like this! This was by far one of the greatest experiences I've ever had regarding a massage! Lulu is so talented. I get weekly massages in Los Angeles and while my massage therapist does deep tissue and is a great massage therapist. I booked a massage table & had the good Fortune & got Lulu! Let me tell you her massage blew my mind, healed my pain! I genuinely mean this. I called around looking for a place that could fit me in and I was lucky that this place had a spot! The receptionist was Knowledgeable and helped me pick a massage that would be best fit my pain at this moment. Pain shooting from my shoulder to my neck & radiating. So I live in Los Angeles my parents live here and I was visiting and woke up in pain from sleeping wrong.
